We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new BBQ/Smoker Trailer, courtesy of Randy Gordey of Gordeyville Customs, who has crafted an exceptional mobile BBQ unit for events. Within its first 24 hours in our possession, the trailer is already serving its inaugural event. The menu features an array of smoked delicacies, including AAA Angus Prime Rib, Pulled Pork, Applewood Smoked Spolumbo Sausage, Hot Honey Wings, and Baby Back Ribs, accompanied by Apple Slaw and Potato Salad. The Torch team, comprised of Sean Russell, Kat Wier, Randy Peterson, and Omar El Halibi, is catering to over 100 guests at a private function, with the inclement weather failing to dampen the spirits of the team or our guests

Set-up complete and clients in house! It was a tight timeframe, but Torch Remote Camps was able to have this 38 bed dorm and 3 unit kitchen, located north of Rainbow Lake, Alberta, up and running in just under 6 days from the time the first unit was loaded in Nisku. Great work by our team!
