ICYMI: Bill C-4 was recently passed, which means, if you're a first-time home buyer, that you may be eligible for GST relief when you buy your new Parkwood home! 🎉

To qualify for the rebate, you must:
✔️ be at least 18 years old
✔️ be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
✔️ be a first-time home buyer (you have not owned or lived in a home you or your spouse owned in the last four years)
✔️ intend to use your home as your permanent residence
✔️ have entered into your purchase agreement with Parkwood on or after March 20, 2025, and before 2031.

If you took possession of your Parkwood home before Bill C-4 received Royal Assent, you will need to apply separately to the CRA for your First-Time Home Buyer GST/HST rebate.
