That curved exposed aggregate step at the front turned out so crisp and clean. It’s one of those details that doesn’t just finish the home but elevates it.

Great progress at 838! Doors are being hung, the cabinetry is now installed, and the front prefab step is in place. Everything is really coming together and it’s starting to feel like a home. Exciting to see all these finishing touches going in!

Siding is a slow and steady process, and this home is no exception. These customers chose a wool insulation product to boost the efficiency of their home, and that means all the bracing needs to be nailed directly to the studs for proper siding installation.

It takes a bit more time and care, but it’s worth it for the performance and long-term comfort. Progress is coming along nicely and we can’t wait to see the siding start going up soon!

The beautiful art pieces being added through Uplift Jasper are so beautiful and add even more life to an already amazing place. It’s been so cool watching all these incredible pieces come together around town.

We also just want to say thank you to the artists who took the time to chat with our Construction Manager’s daughter, who is an aspiring artist. It meant so much to her and to our whole family. Those little moments of encouragement are something she’ll never forget.

Footings are now formed at 1215 and ready for the pour. Once they’re poured, Jayden Concrete will be back to start forming the walls off these solid new footings. Things are moving right along on site and it’s great to see it taking shape!

Siding is moving along at 1108 and it’s looking great. That red fascia is going to pair perfectly with the brick and really make the exterior pop. Everything is coming together nicely!

This might be the coolest mural we’ve ever seen. 🤯 Part of Jasper’s Uplift Jasper project, this amazing piece by Insane51 is actually 3D!

You can scan the QR code to see the two hidden images and it totally changes what you’re looking at. Such a creative and unique piece of art. Definitely something you need to see in person if you’re in Jasper!
