A large horizontal crack was discovered along this basement foundation wall. In order to stabilize & secure this wall to prevent any further movement, we installed our CarbonArmor straps. The CarbonArmor system uses carbon fiber-reinforced polymers that are many times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour to basement walls. These straps will prevent this wall from leaning in at the top & moving further inward.

This crack in the basement foundation wall was seeping water into the home every time it rained. We provided a permanent solution to the leak, by injecting it with polyurethane - the resin reacts with the water to form an effective flexible waterproofed seal within the wall. This material fills and seals the entire depth of the crack, not just the surface.
