What started as a small vent leak turned into something bigger.

Our customer noticed a leak in their roof. After removing the shingles and inspecting the area, we found that the leak had been there long enough to cause damage to the roof decking. So we replaced the wood before we could properly install the new roofing materials.

This is why it’s so important to not to ignore even a small leak. Water has a way of finding its way into places you can’t see, and what seems like a minor issue today can quickly become a much more expensive repair.
