Come learn how to paint a beautiful cats in the moonlight scene with artist Colette Bachand, as part of the Edmonton International Cat Festival Month of May CATivities.

This ticket price pays for painting supplies, instruction, and a portion is donated to Edmonton Cat Festival and this year's supported rescues: Second Chance Animal Rescue Society - Alberta & Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue Society.
There will also be food + drink available to purr-chase from The Common. Plan to come earlier for extra time to dine.

Colette Bachand is a passionate art educator who’s been lighting up classrooms and inspiring creativity for nearly a decade. Her approach to teaching isn’t just about mastering techniques—it’s about fostering a deep appreciation for the rich, vibrant tapestry of art throughout history. Colette’s own artwork is a celebration of life’s subtle moments, exploring the interplay of background and foreground with a playful mix of gouache, acrylic, charcoal, pencil, and pen. Through her teaching and creative work, she’s on a mission to inspire others to embrace art, discover its magic, and see beauty in the everyday.
