Building your home is a privilege we take seriously. There are four main steps we take with every single project to ensure your building experience is smooth and seamless. 👇

✨ Pre-Building: Here, we discuss your wishlist and establish your budget. If you don’t already have a home designed, and you want to build your own custom home, we’ll get you set up with our design firm. Then, you will work together to create your custom home plan. 🏡

✨Design: After approving your architectural plan, it’s time to select interior colour, cabinet styles, stone types, and more. 🤔

✨ Construction: Once you and the city have approved your home plans, we get to work. During this third stage, we will consult with you and invite you to meet with us on-site to review the progress. 🔨

✨ Warranty: Once your home is complete and meets our high standards, and you’ve been able to sit back and enjoy it, we’ll come by to ensure every detail is up to par. ✅
