Infill gets talked about a lot. Often, it gets a bad wrap. But we think there’s a better way to build and that starts with looking at the journey, not just what gets built where.

Responsible infill means building homes that fit their lots, respect their neighbours and are made to last. It means thoughtful construction, durable materials, efficient homes and a building process that considers more than just the finished product.

An infill home isn't built in isolation. It's becoming part of an established neighbourhood, with people that will call it home for years to come and we’re proud to be part of that process.
