I had a good experience today

Met the Nieghbor of an infill we’re working on. in her 70’s and completely upset with my presence. And I cant say I blame her. Dealing with construction plus all the impacts of new construction next door when her home is over 70 years old. The chaos and no control because cash is king. I would never virtue signal but I spent an evening pulling material back from her yard, strapping up fencing she had for cats and taking away some the damage that had been done. I get her frustration. She’s widowed without a vehicle, or means. So I’m on her side. Thing is we want money, we have big dreams, but community first. We don’t run people over. We’re a service and we’re aware of who was here first. That’s my premise and I promise to keep that.
