The City of Edmonton has launched a new program that will allow people to plant their own garden in underutilized strips of grass between sidewalks and roads.

Spring has most definitely sprung, and I am gung-ho to help clean your garden! Now booking for Spring clean-ups! Raking, pruning, tilling, weeding ... for the rate of $25 an hour for Ritchie, Hazeldean and Strathcona residents and $30 an hour for communities further away.

Hello! I am a Ritchie (Edmonton!) resident who loves gardening! I have done many garden projects over the years (and am responsible for the island garden on 96 Street between 72 and 71 Avenue), and love everything about plotting gardens, maintaining them, and cleaning them up, seasonally! I also have a real love of sustainability and the joy that comes with that, in gardening! I am also a firm believer in living more locally, and sourcing services and products from the place where one lives! I am a lover of community! I am ultra flexible in what I can do for your garden - raking, pruning, weeding, planting, composting, seed collecting, garden bed beginning, lawn mowing ... you name it! ... let me do the work that you've been putting off!
