A great tile job starts before the first tile is even installed.

We always dry-lay tiles first to plan the perfect layout, spacing, and pattern. That way the finished floor looks clean, balanced, and professionally installed.

Spring is right around the corner 🌷

As the days get longer and the snow begins to melt, it’s the perfect time to give your home a little seasonal attention. Here are a few simple spring maintenance tips to start planning for to keep your home in top shape:

• Check your roof and eaves for winter damage
• Clear out gutters and downspouts
• Inspect your foundation for cracks after freeze-thaw cycles
• Service your furnace and consider switching to cooling mode
• Walk your yard to check grading and drainage around your home

A little preventative maintenance now can help avoid bigger repairs later.

Spring also means new beginnings — and for some, that means planning a new build. If building is on your mind this season, we’d love to start the conversation.
