Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Road to Work Program participants from YOUCAN Youth Services for a behind the scenes look at DeFord!
The group joined us for a tour of our shop/yard and a visit to one of our active job sites in Beverly! We were able to witness some alleys being dug up, as well as a fresh pave! It was a privilege to provide the opportunity to see firsthand our equipment, people, and projects that bring our work to life! 🚧
We were even lucky enough to see one of our teammates in action who is a recent Road to Work program participant!
A big thank you to the YOUCAN Youth Services crew for spending the day with us! We’re proud to help introduce youth to the many opportunities available in the construction industry! 🦺
