Proper maintenence and upkeep is the out most importance to protect your assets. Do you change the oil in your vehichle ? Keeping up to date on your building is much like changing your oil. Seals can run dry and crack . Unfourtantly for this building the seals where never installed to begin with.

Forgot to post up dates of these snapped floor joists.
Was very interesting and not mention mind blowing. With little ingenuity and proper engineering we were able to raise the walls on this 5 story.
