Thunder Mountain Longhorn is a rare, highly productive heirloom pepper from China's Leigongshan region, famous for producing some of the world's longest, skinniest red chili pods (up to 12-20+ inches). These 10,000–50,000 SHU medium-hot peppers are ideal for drying, smoking, or adding to stir-fries - What a pretty pepper.

The Thai Dragon chili is a very hot Capsicum annuum variety, boasting 50,000–100,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), 6 to 40 times hotter than a jalapeño. These compact, 18–24 inch plants produce heavy yields of 2–3 inch, slender, bright red peppers, ideal for containers, Thai curries, stir-fries, and drying.

Long green Thai chilies are slim, 2-3 inch,,hot peppers (50,000–100,000 SHU) essential for Southeast Asian cuisine, offering a sharp, herbaceous, and vegetal flavor.
