We’re currently building a 22’ x 28’ garage suite — a unique two-storey project that shows we do more than standard detached garages. This custom suite includes a full garage on the main floor and a complete living space upstairs with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry, and even a second-floor balcony.

From foundation to finishes, our team is handling everything — electrical, plumbing, heating, insulation, windows, doors, interior work — the full package. A great option for rental income, guests, or multi-generational living.
