Rural Edmonton? Did you know Edmonton has some amazing acreage properties?? This beautiful home had some seriously troubling electrical through out! Aluminum wiring and several hidden junction boxes. With so many good reasons to purchase a Mature home it can become easy to over look Electrical Hazards which could be easily spotted! This is a beautiful home in Edmonton, the buyers used a licensed Realtor and a licensed Home Inspector to guide them with the purchase. The Aluminum wiring was over looked and was found a few months later by the home owner while changing a bathroom mirror! They called Panel Pros and after a few quick basic checks it was confirmed that this house needed a complete Aluminum Conversion and a Panel Upgrade! This was a Costly and Dangerous over sight during the purchase process....
