Home owner build a sitting room on his garage so we needed to do a big repair on his flat roof to make it water tight.
Will be back after he build up his parapet walls up.

Got a call to look at 3 skylight because there were leaking for the last 2 years.
I have no clue what the original roofer was thinking.
Not a pease of flashing on the skylights just step flashings....
People please don't hire roofers not licensed to install skylights.

All fixed up with the Black flashing on them now.

Mr Perri had a carpenter build a porch roof and he really messed it up.... Big pig valley which is a water and snow trap.... Yup carpenter would not return his call.
But now it's fix and no more leaks.
We leveled off the roof and extended it to tie in to the old roof...no more pig valley, new shingles, Cheney flashing.
The Perri family is ecstatic, love the repair.

It was hot yesterday but I got it done.

Another happy home owner....
A roofing company started this job 2 1/2 years ago and left it unfinished, leaking every where.

Poor home owners have to replace there new floors and drywall.
The house is only 2 1/2, years old.
Top of the ladder roofing came in, all finish now, we found so many problems from shingles over lapping, step flashing missing, ridge vent naied with 1 1/4in nails... ridge vent sits 1 inch high... yup it blow off,, 1/4in will nit hold anything.
A 2inch wide by 4 foot long gap in the peek of there roof.
Mr & Mrs Brown love there roof, more so that it stopped leaking every where.

It was horrible day yesterday for the people of Barrie Ontario.
First we had the heat, then the strong winds came in bring with it a tornado.
