One very happy customer! This sign is routered and then painted to give a burnt effect and finished with spar varnish.

Building signs almost finished for Loon Lake Trailer Park in Cobalt.
Can't wait to see these hung!

*Letting is routered and painted in to give a burnt effect without sacrificing longevity of the piece with the annual refinishing that a wood sign requires.

Here's a progress update on the latest farm sign.
The routering is painted in to make the lettering pop and for ease of maintenance later.
Now just waiting for the acrylic to cure in this extremely humid weather so I can put the UV resistant oil top coat on and attach the hardware to hang it.

Back at it after a long break from my work to get the farm ready for Spring and get our seed in the ground!
Check out my latest farm sign. Sketched, routered, another light sanding to clean up the router edges and ready for paint!
When it's pouring rain outside, the pooch and I play in the shop.

I still have some brushes left.
I 'thought' my horse was clean and this is after a full 20 minute brush with a curry and dandy brush.
Using my brush prototype for the first test on a summer hair coat and the results are fantastic! Check out all the of the dirt, loose hair and dry skin it brushed out of a clean horse!

These tables come from South Wabi Sawmill in Haileybury and can be ordered through us.
Picture coming soon of them all finished with legs and epoxy coating.

These blocks are superior to the traditional shedding blades because they have much finer teeth to grab and remove more hair with fewer strokes.
