Clients had an amazing property with amazing rear views of rolling hills, but the house needed a refresh!

So we took the existing house and added full second floor, porches all around, 4-seasons room at rear and redesigned the entire existing main floor.

3000 sqft second floor addition in the hills of Burlington!

Custom Two Storey Lake house alert!

Construction has started on this truly custom home.
Client originally had requested a modern roof line, low pitch, some flat roofs, larger overhangs and more glass but near the end opted to a more transitional style!
We are happy with how it turned out!
