Interior rendering of a primary bedroom in a custom home we recently designed!

Seeing your layout and space before you build is super beneficial. These 3d renderings save confusion and time during design phase to allow the client confidence in their designs.

Clients had an amazing property with amazing rear views of rolling hills, but the house needed a refresh!

So we took the existing house and added full second floor, porches all around, 4-seasons room at rear and redesigned the entire existing main floor.

3000 sqft second floor addition in the hills of Burlington!

Check out before and purposed.
Currently our plans are in for permits and approvals.

Custom Two Storey Lake house alert!

Construction has started on this truly custom home.
Client originally had requested a modern roof line, low pitch, some flat roofs, larger overhangs and more glass but near the end opted to a more transitional style!
We are happy with how it turned out!

Custom Rustic Storey 1/2 cottage hopefully starting construction later this year.

We love the lake view gable end wall with expansive custom glass and timber covered porch. Going to be a show stopper!

Timeless design. Exceptional family. šŸ”

This custom bungalow combines classic architecture with modern livingā€”featuring striking front gables, a balanced brick and stucco exterior, large charcoal windows, and welcoming curb appeal that never goes out of style.

Designed for a fantastic family, every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a home thatā€™s beautiful, functional, and built for generations of memories.

Great homes start with great designā€”and great families.

Some homes are builtā€¦ and some almost were.
This custom two-storey had all the makings of something truly special ā€” timeless curb appeal, strong rooflines, and a presence that wouldā€™ve turned heads for years to come.

But great design is about more than just looks ā€” itā€™s about how a home fits your life.

In the end, the homeowner chose to pivot to a one floor bungalow that better suits their future needs.

And honestly? Thatā€™s the beauty of custom design.

Even the ā€œwhat couldā€™ve beenā€ still deserves a moment. šŸ‘Œ
