There are not a lot of things that have as much impact on a home as the windows. From the outside, they provide character and balance in the home's design. From the inside, they provide light and a framed view of the outside world. And not to underestimate it's value as part of the building envelope, the window must also be well built and efficient, providing a barrier to the elements and an opening for fresh air when desired. When done well, windows serve as art, becoming either the focus or the backdrop of a beautiful space.
On this project we worked with Thermoproof Windows to create exactly what we wanted. They were able to meet our every request as we created a customized design for each window, perfectly suited to each room and tying the elements of the design together. We are incredibly happy with the results, and cannot thank them enough for their contribution to this project.
