Sometimes a review just makes your whole week. 🐢💜
A customer recently told us they weren't even shopping for a heat pump — "maybe a nice-to-have for someday." But when our team knocked, they opened the door instead of closing it… because someone "clever had changed the name to Purple Turtle," and that totally had them. 😄
They did the deal that day. And here's the part we'll never get tired of hearing:
