ITEM SIZE & WEIGHT
DnJ delivers small to medium sized items that weigh a max of 50lbs to ensure a single driver can deliver the item safely. Any order with multiple packages will be subject to a handling fee for each additional box. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
DnJ charges based on location and currently accepts all major credit cards. we will send an invoice via email at which time payment is due apon recei
pt of said invoice. DELIVERY SERVICES
DnJ charges based on several factors. We will quote you based on delivery distance, package weight and size, and quantity of packages. We do not inspect items or deal with payments for clients that purchase items online. You are Responsible for handling your own transactions. We drop off items at the front door unless the client gives other detailed instructions. We do not offer full refunds for any order that cannot be completed due to situations out of our control so you must have everything planned properly (i.e no one available at pick up location, seller not paid, and any other situations out of our control). We are flexible and may be able to offer a partial refund for special circumstances. We offer full refunds for orders we cancel due to situations within our control (i.e schedule changes)
HANDLING FEE
Any orders with Multiple packages will be subject to a handling fee for each additional box. The fee will be 60% less then the original fee. An order with multiple packages going to a Duncan drop off will be charged $12 for the first package and $4.80 for every additional package. Any going to a $15 zone will be charged $15 for the first package and $6 for every additional package.
