Custom homes have a reputation, and honestly, it's not wrong. They take longer. They cost more. There's no shortcut to building something that doesn't already exist.
Some of our recent builds have come with tight lot setbacks, the kind of thing that forces creative problem-solving instead of a copy-paste floor plan. That's where the good stuff happens. One home got a hidden door straight from the master into the closet and bathroom. Another got a laundry chute built right between the master and the laundry room; clothes go in, no hallway, no hamper.
That's the trade with custom. What you get isn't a house like everyone else's; it's built around how you actually live, down to the details you didn't even know you could ask for.
Not fast. Not cheap. Completely yours.
