This turned into a bigger project than expected but of course the outcome turned out very good as expected.😉 Only like a 1000 angled cuts went into it lol. I'm sure Joshua Sutherland is happy to be out of there haha. But such a difference in apperance from modern to a more rustic look for the cultural room 👌🏼we got some availability in December if interested in a free quote

Just want to give a heads up to my clients that I have booked already. I am 2 days behind schedule right now. Between my kids and then myself getting sick it put me behind schedule. But I have to tend to there needs and getting myself feeling better first. Sorry about that. Hopefully come Tuesday or sooner I will be back to normal and getting back on schedule completing your jobs. Enjoy the long weekend and here is a few pics of a fence we just completed.

Tip: Thought I would give a good tip for those just starting out or those d.i.y.ers when building decks. Notice the fluctuation in the joist lengths. DON'T cut your joists first then install. Always install joists first then snap a line and cut after your joists are installed. Or just call a pro 😉 haha.

I keep forgetting to post this job we did this passed summer/fall. A huge exterior/interior reno. On the exterior we replaced the siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts, decks/landings/ramp, new windows, vents, updated led exterior lights, door, and door closers. On the interior we patched and painted, new casings, baseboards, small bathroom reno, dividing walls, interior doors, crawlspace ladder, sensory board, and im sure I'm forgetting a lot more. Didn't take enough pictures unfortunately. Just want to say thanks to Wahpeton and Pam for choosing us on there daycares reno. 👍🏼

My last job of 2023 I just completed. A small bathroom reno. New aqua board, new shower base, shower surround, new throne(toilet), new vanity, casings, and flooring. Oh and I did a ton of plumbing. Installed new pex supply lines, shut off valves, new abs drain pipes and new finish hardware. Turned out real nice, as usual 😉. I hope everyone has a happy and safe new years 🎉
