I’m proud to share that My Rock Quest Construction and Martin Stucco have officially partnered, bringing renovations, repairs, stucco, and parging services together under one company.

This partnership allows us to offer a complete range of exterior and interior services — from home repairs and renovations to new stucco, stucco repairs, parging repairs, and ICF parging — all with the same workmanship, reliability, and customer care our community expects.

By combining both divisions, we’re able to provide a more streamlined experience, faster scheduling, and a wider scope of services for homeowners and builders across Mapleton and the surrounding area.

Thank you for your continued support as we grow and strengthen our ability to serve the community.

Stucco and parging cleaning at the Moorefield Optimist Hall

We cleaned and refreshed the stucco and parging around the Optimist Hall to help keep our community building looking sharp and well‑maintained. As a proud member of the club, I was happy to donate my time and contribute to keeping this space in great condition for everyone who uses it.

Chimney repair and stucco wrap

This chimney had been patched improperly and was starting to fall apart. We secured the loose brick, rebuilt the damaged areas, and wrapped the chimney in a clean stucco finish to protect it from future weathering. A solid repair that restores both strength and appearance.

Garage door weather‑stripping replacement

We replaced the worn weather‑stripping on this garage door to ensure a proper seal and a clean, finished look. Fresh weather‑stripping helps keep out drafts, moisture, and pests while improving the overall efficiency of the garage. A simple upgrade that makes a noticeable difference.

Brick repair on this home

We removed the damaged bricks and rebuilt the section properly with new units and fresh mortar. The repaired area blends cleanly into the existing wall and restores both the strength and appearance of the exterior.

Window caulking replacement

We removed the old, failing caulking around these windows and applied a clean, fresh bead for a proper seal and a sharp finished look. New caulking helps keep out drafts, moisture, and insects — and it makes a big difference in both protection and appearance.

Brick veneer installation

We finished this fireplace with a clean, modern brick veneer for a sharp, solid look that ties the whole room together. The new surface adds texture, durability, and a finished feel to the space — a big upgrade from the raw construction stage.

ICF foundation repair

This ICF foundation needed proper finishing, so we repaired the damaged areas and applied a clean, uniform parged surface. With ICF, timing and technique matter — it has to be done right the first time to avoid long‑term issues. The new finish protects the foam, seals the surface, and gives the home a sharp, completed look.
