Customer inquired if i could fix up his sinking ship.
Not a job in would normally take on, but they are super nice people in a bad way.
Its in much need of repair or this home will fall of its supports.

So what the hell. Let's expand the happy people list.

The boys are working hard in a very congested area under the mobile home and earning their $ today.

We are building big thick reinforced concrete pads to support blocking and eliminate point loading, the blocks won't sink on the edge after we are done.

Excavate the formed area down to clay and compact, add a gravel base and compact, add rebar. And ready to fill the forms with concrete.
We will jack up the home and add new hardwood blocking on the concrete pads in a couple weeks once the concrete has cured up.

I might do it for you if needed.
I might jack up and level other homes as well. Give me a call and see.

Add 200' of heavy 12" C Channel track install, for moving equipment in and out of the building on axles and this job is complete.

This is by far the best way to anchor down a fabric building.
Steel beams are more cost efficient than concrete and way more efficient if you need to move the building at a later date.

I supply and erect fabric buildings, and any foundation option needed.
