🏠 Another Roofing Project Completed!

The amazing clients deserve the most amazing roof 💪🔥.

During an attic inspection, we discovered water dripping from the roof sheathing due to blocked attic ventilation. Since most homeowners rarely enter their attic, problems like this often go unnoticed until leaks appear.
Our team restored proper ventilation, added a previously covered roof vent, replaced damaged plywood, and installed full Ice & Water Shield protection across the entire roof. We finished the project with premium IKO Dynasty shingles for maximum durability and wind resistance.
Despite the challenging weather, we worked long hours to get the job done right.

We’re getting closer and closer to completing this backyard oasis! 🔥

This deck extension was built specifically for the outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, featuring space for four barbecues, a smoker, an electric smoker, a natural gas barbecue, a large flat-top griddle for Breakfast and of course the most important piece—the Italian wood-burning pizza oven! 🍕🔥

It’s shaping up to be an incredible space for cooking, entertaining, and making memories with family and friends. A big thank you to the amazing team that has helped bring this vision to life over the years.

This roof officially earned its retirement. 😂🏠
After years of poor ventilation, missing flashing, and water infiltration, repairs are no longer the answer.
We’re tearing it all off and installing a brand-new roofing system the right way.
