Eco Village 68 Units is officially getting underway! 🏗️

This new development will span 10 acres and include 68 residential units, made up of seven townhouses and three multi-residential buildings. The project will bring a mix of housing options to the community as the development takes shape.

Site work has now started, with crews preparing the roads and getting the site ready for the next major step: foundation work. 🚧

The development is scheduled for completion in Winter 2028. 🏘️

9-Unit Multi-Residential is making great progress! 🏗️

Built to support a local non-profit organization serving people in our community, this two-storey wood-frame building will provide nine much-needed residential units.

On the outside, siding installation is well underway, while inside, crews are progressing through rough-ins, insulation, and drywall. This project has come with its share of challenges, as the tight site and overhead power lines made framing and material deliveries more complex than usual. Thanks to careful planning and coordination, the build continues moving forward.

Everything remains on track for a Fall 2026 opening. 🏡👷‍♂️

Multi-Residential PEI is officially underway! 🏗️

This new development will bring two four-storey wood-frame buildings, each offering 48 residential units, for a total of 96 new homes. Designed with pitched roofs, the project is another exciting addition to the growing community.

Crews are currently focused on foundation work and site preparation, with underground rough-ins and slab pours coming up next. Once those milestones are complete, framing is scheduled to begin in July.

Construction is on track for completion by the end of 2027. 👷‍♂️🏘️

Amherst Multi-Residential is officially underway! 🏗️

This new four-storey development will bring 48 units, with a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom layouts. The building will feature a wood-frame, pre-engineered construction system, a flat roof, and concrete underground parking.

Site work kicked off in June, and crews are currently focused on footings and foundation walls. Up next, building framing is scheduled to begin in August as the project starts going vertical.

Completion is scheduled for Summer 2027. ☀️🏘️

The finish line is getting closer on this 72-unit, three-storey wood-frame building. Inside, crews are busy with interior finishes and common area work, bringing the final details together throughout the building.

Outside, curb installation and asphalt work are nearly complete, helping put the finishing touches on the site. With construction progressing on all fronts, this project is lining up nicely for an early Summer 2026 opening. ☀️🏘️

Back at Multi-Residential – 2x12 Units 🏗️

Progress is moving steadily across the site as drywall installation is underway in Building 1, with taping, painting, and trim work coming up next. Inside on Building 2, crews have also begun the rough-in phase, keeping momentum strong as the project continues to advance.

This pair of three-storey wood-frame buildings remains on track for a Fall 2026 opening. 🍂🔨

Progress is underway at a NEW Commercial Office Building 🏗️

This two-storey commercial development features structural steel framing, insulated metal panel wall construction, and an elevator serving approximately 7,000 sq. ft. per floor of future commercial tenant space.

With foundations and underground rough-ins now complete, crews are actively progressing through the structural steel framing phase as the building starts taking shape.

Completion is currently scheduled for the upcoming winter. ❄️🔧

Big progress at Mixed Use – Multi-Res 🏗️

The building is now officially weather tight, allowing interior work to move ahead full speed. Crews are actively working through rough-ins, insulation, and drywall installation as the project continues taking shape from the inside out.

Next major milestone: exterior finishes as the building moves one step closer to its final look. 🔧✨
