La semaine dernière, Habitation pour la vie a eu l’honneur d’accueillir la ministre des Femmes et de l’Égalité des genres et de la Jeunesse du Canada, Madame Rechie Valdez, accompagnée de la députée de la circonscription Moncton-Dieppe, Madame Ginette Petitpas Taylor.
Elles ont pris le temps découvrir plus concrètement notre organisme, ses objectifs et l’impact que nous souhaitons avoir dans la communauté. Elles ont visité notre projet actuel de logements abordables pour les mères monoparentales et les femmes, sur la rue Pine à Moncton.
Elles ont souligné l’importance de notre projet ainsi que la qualité de l’immeuble et des appartements (dont la construction est fièrement assurée par la compagnie SheBuilds) tout en reconnaissant la pertinence de notre initiative pour répondre aux besoins actuels.
Habitation pour la vie remercie vivement Mesdames Valdez et Petitpas-Taylor pour leur réel intérêt envers notre projet et leurs précieux encouragements!

Last week, Housing For Life had the honour of welcoming the Canada's Minister for Women and Gender Equality, Ms. Rechie Valdez, accompanied by the Member of Parliament - Moncton-Dieppe, Ms. Ginette Petitpas Taylor.
They took the time to learn more about our organization, its objectives, and the impact we hope to have in the community. They visited our current affordable housing project for single mothers and women on Pine Street in Moncton.
They emphasized the importance of our project, the quality of the building and the apartments (proudly built by SheBuilds), and recognized the relevance of our initiative in meeting current needs. Housing For Life extends its sincere thanks to Ms. Valdez and Ms. Petitpas-Taylor for their genuine interest in our project and their invaluable encouragement!
