The homeowners wanted to give their exterior a fresh, updated look while making sure the final result suited the character of their home.

Our approach:
We started by sitting down with the clients to understand what they wanted to change, what they wanted to keep, and what they were hoping to achieve with the refresh. From there, we walked them through different options and discussed what would work best for the home.
We then helped source the materials, reviewed the available options with them, and guided them through the decision-making process. Once they were happy with the direction, we confirmed the final materials and pricing.

Because the right result isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about getting there with the right plan.

Some days are about getting the job done. Today is a good day to slow down for a minute and appreciate how far we've come.

I'm grateful for this team, the work we get to do, the lessons that come with it, and the people we've met along the way. Mostly, I'm grateful that we get to build something we care about and keep learning as we go.

There are women who can tell you exactly what they do for a living.
But ask them what it means to them, and the answer gets a little harder to put into words.
We want to hear the answer you don’t usually get to hear.

NOW HIRING!

SheBuilds is growing, and we’re looking for 2 Construction Site Managers to help lead our construction projects from planning through completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands construction, knows how to keep a project moving, and can bring people, schedules, budgets and trades together without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You’ll be involved in everything from building schedules and managing budgets to coordinating subcontractors, working with clients and design teams, overseeing quality and safety, and solving the inevitable problems that come up along the way.

We’re looking for someone with strong construction experience, leadership skills, initiative and the ability to work independently. You’ll need to be just as comfortable reading a blueprint as you are having a conversation with a client or figuring out how to get a project back on track.

It's not always glamorous. There are early mornings, heavy lifting, problem-solving, and a lot of time spent figuring things out.

But there's also the satisfaction of looking at something at the end of the day and knowing you helped build it.

That's a pretty good day at work.

You might find something behind a wall

need to be replaced instead of repaired. Or
a better solution might take a little more
time.

That's normal.

The important thing is having a contractor
