"DEADHEAD POJECT"
This deer was shot by a bowhunter in the fall of 2022 and couldn't be recovered. It was only found in March of 2023, by another hunter. The elements and rodents had taken a toll on this trophy. I was asked if I could do something with it. A bit of water, soap, pressure washer, peroxide, stain, epoxy (to rebuild chewed points) and time.... and... here it is. Ready to be displayed.

Here's a cool looking deer and mount! This one had me scratching my head. I don't know how this deer could've survived what happened to it, or the condition it was in. The base of the antler was broken and completely detached, in the bone (part of the skull), but it wasn't broken all the way through to the brain. ** see comment**
The customer wanted to display it on a table, where it could be observed more closely. This deer will trigger many discussions I'm sure.

This customer and friend wanted the same thing for his 2025 deer that I made him for his 2024 deer. I don't keep dimensions of the frames I do, therefore they're all "unique". He sent me pictures of the first one I did. I tried my best to do something similar. Pictures 1 & 2 are 2025 deer. Pictures 3 & 4 for are deer 2024.
