We’re excited to officially announce that site work for Phase II is now underway at our Cleveland Apartment development!🎉

While Phase I, our 124-unit apartment building, continues to progress with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins, crews have now broken ground on Phase II, an identical mirror-image building that marks the next stage of this exciting development.

With construction now advancing on both phases, we’re looking forward to seeing this project continue to take shape and sharing more updates along the way.

Looking back at another successfully completed project. 📸

We’re excited to share the final pictures of this 87-unit apartment complex, completed in January 2026.
Built on a 24,200 SF footprint, this four-storey wood-frame building features a contemporary hip roof design and underground parking, creating a modern, functional living environment while maximizing convenience for residents.

Thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding community, the development offers quality construction, well-planned residential layouts, and practical amenities. Ideally located near shopping, restaurants, parks, schools, and the university, it provides residents with easy access to everything they need.

We’re proud of what our team, client, consultants, and trade partners accomplished together on this project. It’s always rewarding to look back at a completed development and see the lasting impact of everyone’s hard work!

Project Complete! 🎉

We're proud to announce the successful completion of the new BlueSky Dentistry clinic!

This 6,000 SF dental clinic was thoughtfully designed to create a modern, welcoming environment for patients and staff. Expansive curtain wall windows flood the waiting room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting first impression. Clean architectural lines and contemporary finishes continue throughout the clinic, resulting in a space that is both functional and welcoming.

A standout feature of the project is the custom fish tank seamlessly integrated into a masonry feature wall in the reception area, offering a unique focal point that enhances the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Functional treatment spaces, efficient layouts, and carefully selected finishes come together to support exceptional patient care in a comfortable setting.

Thank you to our client, design team, trades, and project partners for your collaboration and trust throughout this project. We're proud to have helped bring this vision to life and wish BlueSky Dentistry continued success in their new space!

L’aménagement de la clinique Audiologie Cibel Hearing ainsi qu’une clinique médicale est maintenant terminé, et nous sommes heureux de vous présenter le résultat final.

Cet aménagement de 2000 pi² a été soigneusement conçu afin d’offrir un environnement chaleureux et accueillant, répondant aux besoins de services d’audiologie et de services médicaux, tout en assurant le confort des patients.

La clinique est maintenant ouverte et prête à accueillir la communauté.

The Audiologie Cibel Hearing & Medical Clinic fit-up is now complete, and we’re excited to share the final results.

This 2000 SF fit-up was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming space that supports both audiology and medical services while providing a comfortable experience for every patient.

The clinic is now officially open and ready to serve the community.

Strong progress continues at our 54-Unit project in Dieppe.

Siding installation is progressing steadily, while curbs, sidewalks, paving and landscaping are next up to complete the project exterior. 🚧

On the interior, painting, finish work and flooring are all ongoing as the building continues moving closer toward final completion.

Great early progress at our newest 18-Unit apartment project located on Coverdale Road in Riverview.

The foundation and underground rough-ins have now been completed, setting the stage for the next phase of construction. Slab-on-grade prep is next up with wood framing not far behind. 🚧

Great progress taking shape at our 124-Unit apartment project on Cleveland Ave.

Framing is now completed on one side of the firewall, with roofing officially underway. M&E rough-ins have also started as the building continues moving ahead at a strong pace. ⚡🔨

The second side is also nearing full framing completion, bringing the entire structure together quickly. Excited to keep pushing toward the next phases of this project.
