Every Lindome structure is built to code. Not a generic standard, but the specific building code that applies to your site.
That means every structure we design is engineered to meet site specific loads for snow, wind, and seismic activity based on where you are building. A structure going up in the Fraser Valley is designed differently than one going up in northern Alberta or coastal BC. The loads are different, the requirements are different, and the engineering reflects that. Every design is done from the ground up for your location.
We review every building we produce. That's not standard practice across the industry, but we think having an unbiased set of eyes on every design matters when you're putting up a structure this size. Stamped drawings are included with every build so you have the documentation you need for permits and approvals.
Our manufacturing facility in Delta is CWB certified, our welders carry their 47.1 designation, and our steel buildings are CSA A660 certified. That designation confirms we meet Canadian standards for design quality, fabrication, handling, and installation.
Built to your code, certified to Canadian, Provincial, and Municipal standards, and backed by independent engineering on every project. Visit us at https://lindomestructures.com/request-a-quote/ or call (604) 946-7966 to talk through your project.
