🔥 Boiler dropping out? It could be the inducer motor.

Today we’re troubleshooting an IBC boiler where the flame has been dropping out on a safety.

One possible culprit? A weak inducer motor. If it isn’t creating consistent draft, the boiler can lose flame and shut itself down as a safety precaution.

This is exactly why regular boiler servicing matters — catching components that are starting to weaken before they leave you without heat. 🔧🔥

🐾 When the dog’s water station is nicer than your kitchen sink… 😂

We love seeing thoughtful details like this come together! A custom built-in dog station complete with food bowls and its own dedicated pot filler for easy water refills. 💧🐶

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER

Now THAT’S a mechanical room upgrade. 👌

We replaced the old setup with a Navien NCB-240 Combi Boiler — combining home heating and domestic hot water into one compact system.

Why upgrade to a combi boiler?

✔️ Heating + hot water from one unit
✔️ High-efficiency operation
✔️ Hot water on demand
✔️ Eliminates the need for a traditional hot water tank
✔️ Frees up valuable mechanical-room space
✔️ Clean, compact and modern setup

A great example of how upgrading your equipment can improve efficiency while completely cleaning up the mechanical room.

Swipe to see the BEFORE & AFTER ➡️

Thinking about replacing an aging boiler or hot water tank? Give us a call and we can help determine if a combi system is right for your home.
