In Memory of Brother Dave Heshka

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brother Dave Heshka.

Dave became a member of Millwrights Union Local 2736 on September 9, 2013, and proudly represented our Local and our trade throughout British Columbia until his retirement in 2022.

During his years as a millwright, Dave worked for a number of signatory contractors on projects ranging from industrial maintenance and shutdowns to construction and installation work. He was always willing to go where the work was, contributing his skills and experience at facilities and projects across the province.

Dave's years of service are a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic that define our Brotherhood. He took pride in his work, his trade, and being a member of Local 2736.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dave's family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.

Rest in Peace, Brother Dave. You will be remembered and missed.
