The project at 812-111ave is coming to completion soon. Very energy efficient 3 bedroom 2 bath home. R24 in walls, R34 on foundation walls, R40 in the flat roof. EVERYTHING is new and professionally installed. Permits pulled for everything. All new plumbing including HWT, All new wiring including New 100 amp service. All new Furnace ducting, furnance, siding, roof, future decks. Hec, we even had PNG come and relocated the gas meter to get it out of the way of future decks. I’m busy repairing blown off shingles in -18. I did 3 this weekend. Thankfully none of them were our install. How is your roof after the 90km winds the last weekend?
