OPEN POSITIONS:
🔨 Finish Carpenter (Interior & Exterior)
🔨 Carpenter Helper / Apprentice
🔨 Drywall Finisher / Installer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
✔️ Interior & exterior finishing
✔️ Flooring, fencing & deck building (carpenters)
✔️ Drywall install, taping & Level 4 finishing
✔️ General construction work on a variety of projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Reliable, hardworking individuals
✔️ Experience in your trade (or willingness to learn for apprentices)
✔️ Attention to detail & pride in your work
✔️ Valid driver’s license (required for all positions)

WAGES (based on experience):
💲 Carpenters: $28–$38/hr
💲 Helpers/Apprentices: $20–$28/hr
💲 Drywall Finishers: $26–$36/hr

From Tight Entry → Wide Open Access

We’re in the middle of a major entrance transformation on this project.

Here’s a look at core drilling into a concrete wall using a rig-mounted diamond drill.

This method allows us to create clean, precise openings for things like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—without damaging the surrounding structure.
