A two-day job became a four-day job due to a previous installer's mistake. They neglected to include a thrust block, causing a water outage for a couple of days… it's unfortunate, but all you can do is ensure it doesn't happen again. It’s a different type of pressure when you know residence’s are out of water until you can fix the problem…

Installing a factory fire hydrant that was faulty from the factory, despite being supposedly tested, and not knowing until turning on the water, resulted in having to redo half the job. Fortunately, with a good crew, we got it fixed up. Now, we need to get it cleaned up for the car show this weekend!
