Lindberg wouldn't be complete without this guy, Luciano "Luc" Piattelli!

He has been with us for just shy of a decade and his attention to detail and work ethic is unmatched! As a supervisor Luc helps with keeping projects running smoothly and keeping the clients happy. He's the kind of guy you can count on to get the job done and get it done right.

Off the clock, he's usually enjoying his favourite recliner with his beloved dog Lily or hanging out with his lovely wife, Christy and their 2 children. He also makes time during each day off to have morning coffee with his mom and in the winter months you can catch him trading in the steel toes for sandals enjoying the beaches of Maui.

A note from the big boss man: "Luciano has been an integral member of our group for nearly a decade. His attention to detail, work ethic and loyalty are unmatched. He is also a dedicated husband and father and I am proud to call him a friend. he runs a tight ship and leaves a remarkable product for our clients. Thank you for everything you do Luc!"

This was a fun project to be apart of!

📚 Kitimat’s Little Book Shelters are turning ONE! 🎉
It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since our Little Book Shelters were installed in neighborhoods around Kitimat. And over this past year, we’ve loved seeing community members stop to browse, take a book or leave a book.
These little shelters were truly a community effort, and as we mark their first year, we want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped bring this to fruition:
📚 Fluor Constructors Canada Ltd., Lindberg Construction 2010 Inc and Graham Construction who built and donated the shelters
🔨 MALT Ventures Inc. for installing them throughout the community
🏘️ The District of Kitimat / Kitimat Leisure Services for their support in finding them homes around town
🛠️ Dan Striker for taking care of maintenance and minor repairs when needed
❤️ And, most importantly, OUR COMMUNITY — for your use of them, your excitement about them, your donation of books, and for looking after them!

This week at Lindberg!

We are excited to kick off a new project in Tumbler Ridge. Our crew is getting things moving and getting ready to get some concrete poured for our clients new building!

A big thank you goes out to Danny Ganson and the guys at Commotion Creek Contracting Ltd. for getting the ground prepped and the site ready to roll, Pavlis Trucking Ltd for delivering the water tank and Avalanche Trucking Ltd. for filling the tank! We appreciate the team work! 👊

Now it's time to start bringing this project to life!

Turning plans into projects and ideas into reality. Dallas helps bring every project to life 🌟👷

This week we are shining the spotlight on Dallas Pearson, our Project Manager/Estimator. Dallas has been with Lindberg Construction since 2019; he has been instrumental in preparing detailed estimates and securing projects, managing them from start to finish. He keeps the jobs moving efficiently and safely. His attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to solve problems make him a trusted leader for both our team and the client.

When the work day is over, you'll find Dallas on his farm spending time with his beautiful wife, Cay. Whether he's enjoying time with his kids and grandson or riding horses - family is at the heart of everything he does! Here's a fun fact: Dallas and Cay also breed Labrador Retrievers and Golden Retrievers, give their page a follow!

Behind every successful project is an incredible team! 👏

This week, we're highlighting Brent Clarke - Office/Finance Manager. His unwavering efforts and behind the scenes magic keeps Lindberg Construction running like a strong well-oiled machine. From Project Supervisor to Project Manager, Health and Safety and now Office/Finance Manager. His versatility, problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment are a huge part of what keeps Lindberg Construction operating smoothly every single day.

With Lindberg Construction since 2014, Brent knows this company inside and out, but when he's not in the office (a rare sighting!) you can find him adventuring all around the Peace Region - camping, paddle boarding and making memories with friends and family and his loyal sidekicks - Potato, Pickle and Gizmo.

Here's what the owner Gerald Lindberg had to say about Brent:

Starting way back in 1994, Gerald began building more than concrete structures, he built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, honesty, and hard work! 30 years later, those values still remain.

When he's not on the job site, you'll most likely find Gerald doing what he loves most - spending time with his family, camping, or casting the odd fishing line.

From the first pour to the final finish, Gerald's passion, experience, and commitment to quality are at the heart of everything we do.

We've been hard at work in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, supporting a tank construction project. From the ground up - every stage of the tank building process requires precision, teamwork and a commitment to safety.
