Little bootroom project. New floors, patched up the old door frame that was cracked, installed some v***r protection around the windows, and under the front door, reframed a section of the ceiling and filled some gaps above the front door. Filled holes with sprayfoam and installed acoustaseal on the areas that I worked on(the whole room should have been sealed but it is whatit is. Put on 2 coats of primer and installed a plank on the front step. Coming into a half done reno you always run into issues but for a reno on a budget this one came out really good and for a very cheap price.

Done, and done, just needs a floor vent and a light above the vanity. It's got herringbone tiled floor, new shower, new toilet, vanity and tiled walls. It's got Halo doors on the shower, multiple shower functions and even a faucet that let's you know what temp the water is. This is by far the nicest bathroom I've had the pleasure of working on.

Bathroom Reno so far. Took alot to fix the mistakes of the recent contractors but it's coming together 😉
