Picture your property at the height of summer, in the middle of the August heat, with every detail of the landscape still lush, green, and flourishing.

That’s exactly what you’re seeing here. This project at Skipper Hill Estates in Chester Basin was part of a complete property transformation, including new walkways, hardscaping, a pool, new sod, and a fully integrated irrigation system. The project was completed in conjunction with Berkshire Site Works and Chester Builders, bringing each element of the property together into one finished landscape.

This footage was captured in early August, when ocean-facing landscapes are exposed to long days of direct sun and some of the most demanding conditions of the season.
