Before & After: Concrete Stair Restoration

These deteriorated concrete stairs received a complete rehabilitation, starting with repairs using Belzona 4141, a lightweight two-component composite specifically designed for vertical and overhead concrete repairs. Its ability to be applied without formwork, combined with exceptional durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and carbonation, made it the ideal solution for this project.

To complete the system, the stairs were coated with Amerlock 2 and a non-skid aggregate for increased safety under foot traffic conditions. A finish coat of Pitthane Ultra Low Sheen was then applied to provide long-term UV protection and color retention.

This Air Handling Unit was experiencing significant corrosion in the drain pan, causing debris from the deteriorating steel to clog the drain ports.

During a coil replacement project, our team recommended the use of Belzona 1161 to repair the damaged areas and Belzona 5831 to provide a durable protective coating against future corrosion.

The result is a restored drain pan and extended equipment life, helping ensure the unit continues to operate reliably for years to come.
