🌳 Another big project completed by the Merci Landscaping team! 💪

We recently completed a major backyard transformation in Dartmouth, NS. Our team safely cut and removed trees up to 50 feet tall, cleaned up the entire area, hauled away all debris, and disposed of everything properly.

We also removed unwanted bushes, small trees, and old flower beds. After clearing the space, we installed landscape fabric and fresh pea gravel to give the backyard a cleaner, safer, and lower-maintenance finish.

The results turned out fantastic, and our customer was extremely happy with the finished work. ✅

🌳 Another Big Project Completed by the Merci Landscaping Team! 💪

Our team recently completed a major backyard transformation in Dartmouth. We safely cut and removed trees reaching up to 50 feet tall, completed the full cleanup, hauled away all debris, and disposed of everything properly.

The customer also wanted several larger bushes, small trees, and old flower-bed areas removed. With a young child at home, keeping the backyard clean and reducing areas that attract flies and insects was especially important to the family.

After clearing everything out, we installed landscape fabric and fresh pea gravel, giving the backyard a much cleaner, safer, and lower-maintenance finish.

The transformation turned out fantastic, and most importantly, our customer was extremely happy with the finished work! ✅

🌱 Full Lawn Restoration Completed by Merci Landscaping

This property had a beautiful lawn with a lot of potential, but over time several areas became uneven, thin, and difficult to maintain.

One of the biggest issues we found was the condition underneath the lawn. In many newer developments, the final grading can leave behind stones, construction debris, and compacted soil beneath the surface. On top of that, there were signs of small burrowing animals moving through the soil, which had created additional soft spots and uneven areas throughout the lawn.

Instead of tearing everything out and starting over, we focused on restoring the existing lawn properly.

Our team completed:

🚧 Another challenging project underway in Halifax!

Our client is converting their garage into a legal one-bedroom apartment, and to meet Halifax building requirements, the existing garage slab needed to be removed for a new insulated floating slab.

Here’s what our team tackled:
✅ Cut and removed the existing asphalt driveway for access.
✅ Excavated down to the existing slab.
✅ Broke and removed the concrete using an excavator and demolition tools.
✅ Carefully worked around the electrical grounding plate.
✅ Safely exposed and accommodated the natural gas service.
✅ Prepared the site for the next stage of construction.
