Another Deck project completed by JFJ Construction Ltd.

We started by demolishing the existing deck, installing screw piles for the new footings, and rebuilding the entire deck structure with new pressure-treated lumber.

We then installed Duradek 🇨🇦🇺🇸 to create a beautiful, watertight deck surface while providing a dry, usable space underneath.

To complete the transformation, we also designed and built the custom wood feature attached to the fascia.

Another transformation completed from start to finish by JFJ Construction Ltd.

Another Duradek project completed!

This was a challenging renovation, especially with a living space directly underneath—the last thing we want is water getting through.

With rain on the way, our team managed to complete the project within one day, from preparation and surface prep to the Duradek vinyl installation and finishing touches.

Proper preparation, attention to detail, and a reliable team make all the difference. 💪

Another project done right and ready for whatever the weather brings!
