This 2,100 sq. ft. office roof may not be the largest project, but it was packed with challenges! The existing roof system had missing and peeling SPF coating, punctures, areas of ponding water and drains clogged with organic growth.

CentiMark's solution? A complete upgrade featuring 3" Polyiso insulation, a 1/2" mechanically attached cover board and a 60 mil TPO roof membrane for long-term durability and protection.
