Exterior staircase replacement project in Courtenay BC .We tied in some new pedestal footings and pads with existing using heavy duty 3x12 pressure treated lumber for stringers and treads .Difficult terrain to work in but the crew did a great job and thankfully the weather was on our side for the most part !!

Framing is complete and ready for the TimberTech Composite decking. Watching out for stray golf balls during installatio...
