You’ve got roof questions, and we have the answers!

We know there are many things to consider when choosing a new roof and that’s why RCABC created the Consumer Guide to Roofing.

It's your go-to source for information on proper roofing design, installation and repair, as well as some advice on how to select a professional roofing services provider here in BC. When you hire an RCABC Member contractor, you’re choosing a pre-screened, experienced, fully-trained team for your project.

Not sure on the type of roof you need or the materials and installation methods you should choose? The Guide is there to help. Need help understanding the terms of a contract or the RCABC RoofStar guarantees that are available? We offer the best Quality Assurance/Quality Control program available in the roofing industry and have a solid history of guaranteeing roofs in every corner of the province.

An informed customer is a good customer. The Guide is there to help ensure you’re armed with knowledge and confidence as you make this significant investment. And, it may save you money and headaches in the long run!

Check out RCABC’s Consumer Guide to Roofing – it’s everything you’ve ever wanted to know about roofing… and probably a few things you didn’t: https://issuu.com/rcabc/docs/consumerguidetoroofing2011?e=3641198/2819038

Our forest is safe!

April is Construction month, and we are celebrating the commitment and perseverance of our Roofers, Architectural Sheet Metal Workers, and Residential Steep Roofers who are an important part of the more than 28,000 contractors and approximately 167,000 tradespeople who significantly impact every community in British Columbia, regardless of size.

Together, we all contribute to the strength of British Columbia. For the eighth year in a row, we take this opportunity in April to recognize and express gratitude to the often-overlooked workers in our industry who help create and sustain our built environment.
