We designed and built this great ADU for some fantastic clients. It features 10’ ceilings in the garage, and we hand framed the roof to maximize every inch of finished space on the second floor. The stamped concrete patio and stairs at the back flow seamlessly down to the existing yard. Easy living in this peaceful paradise!

That’s a wrap 2022! Thanks to all of our trades, vendors and employees. Almost ready to show off this dream garage with lots of vaulted activity space above! We hand framed the roof on this one to maximize space, and headroom. It’s pretty common on worksites to hear the carpenters talk about using all the space in a sloped truss roofs attic. Well, this time we did and the result is fantastic!
