I have had many questions about how to get the smoke smell out of a building or home.
The first thing to think about is how did the smoke get into the building or home? If the windows and doors were closed then it usually comes through the walls and attic. This can be very difficult to get rid of as the insulation works like a filter and can hold the smoke smell for a very long time. So even if you clean the interior of the house the smoke smell can come back especially on a windy day when the air is pushed through the insulation.

First of all, we would like to express our sadness at hearing about so many people losing their homes and cottages. As well as those who have not lost you're home, but they've been damaged.

We have lived in Creighton for well over 30 years; raised our family here and consider it our home. While the landscape will be changed for some time, I'm sure the resilience of the people will shine through.

I've had some people calling wondering what services we offer and how we can be of help to them. We wanted to let you know that Accord Cleaning and Restoration is a full-service restoration business. What this means is we will do everything to restore your home short of rebuilding a new house. We do flooring, painting, cabinets, siding etc. We also have special training and equipment to help clean and remove smoke odor mold and asbestos.
