This trade runs deep for us. I learned drywall the hard way, side by side with my uncle, watching his hands, listening to his stories, and picking up skills that only come from years on the job. I’m grateful for everything he taught me, not just how to hang board but how to show up and work with pride. Now, years later, I’m teaching my nephew those same skills at the same age I was when I started. And after 20 years, it’s pretty unreal to be standing in a house together, three generations of drywall workers, learning, teaching, and building something with our own hands. It’s more than just work. It’s family, passed down sheet by sheet.

We’re currently looking for an experienced drywall estimator to support us with medium to large-scale residential and commercial projects.

We need someone who can:
✅ Provide accurate material + labor estimates
✅ Do takeoffs from plans (digital or paper)
✅ Understand local pricing, codes, and timelines
✅ Work on a contract or per-project basis
✅ Help us stay competitive while maintaining quality

This is ideal for an experienced estimator, subcontractor with spare capacity, or a small estimating firm. Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines — we’ve got consistent work lined up.

When I was 16, my uncle used to bring me to work with him—not just to lend a hand, but to teach me what it meant to put in an honest day’s work. He showed me that sweat, grit, and pride go hand in hand. I didn’t fully understand it then, but those early mornings and long days shaped the person I am today.

Now, all these years later, my nephew is coming to work with me at the same age. And as I watch him learn, struggle a little, and push through, I see the same spark I had back then. It’s a full-circle moment—and a reminder that some of life’s greatest lessons aren’t taught in classrooms, but on the job, side by side with someone who cares enough to show you the way. 💪🏽🫵🏼🌟
