Another project down and in the books, had such a wonderful and kind client ask us to remove and replace some rotted plywood which unfortunately turned into us discovering the whole wall, framing and rim joist below to be completely rotted out. As requested we pulled it out, reframed the windows and doors and got back in her siding.

On our way to completing small torch on job. Water wasn’t diverting correctly towards the pre-existing drain holes on this roof. So we built a double cricket to help the water flow go to where we want it too!
